The task

**Problem** Currently, all attachment URLs are generated using a format like `/uploads/attachments/<id>-<name>.<extension>`. For documents (especially PDFs) that users may share or open directly in a browser, these URLs are unnecessarily long and unreadable. Users want cleaner, more human-friendly URLs for these items.
