A typical workload that triggers this is a concurrent stress test similar to the provided `OpenEnclave` function, which launches many goroutines calling `immediateOpen` → `openVerify`. Under memory pressure (e.g., when `mlock` call fails) the runtime panics, `Purge` runs, and the process hangs.
