Feature: Add S3 event trigger support to Chalice: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). As a Chalice user, I want to define Lambda functions that are triggered by S3 events (e.g., object creation, deletion) so that I can build serverless file processing pipelines.
