Currently, Jotai state is created and accessed in multiple places, making it difficult to synchronize Jotai atoms with query results without relying on React lifecycle logic. This blocks the ability to update Jotai state from React Query callbacks, which is needed for upcoming canvas improvements (see Issue #1161).
