The task

When you define an `AWS::Serverless::Api` resource and set `TracingEnabled: true`, the property is silently ignored. The generated CloudFormation template does **not** include `TracingEnabled` on the corresponding API Gateway stage, so X-Ray active tracing is not enabled.
