The task
The RTP header extension module currently only handles the One‑Byte format (magic value `RTPEXT_TYPE_MAGIC`). To be fully compliant with RFC 8285, the Two‑Byte header format must also be supported. Without it, extensions with IDs above 14 or payloads longer than 16 bytes cannot be used.
