The task

**Problem** The Zen MCP Server does not currently support the DIAL API platform as a provider. Users with DIAL credentials cannot configure or use DIAL models – the server does not recognize the `DIAL` provider type, and no provider class exists to handle model requests, authentication, or cleanup for DIAL.
