The task
Bucket4j currently supports several distributed caching backends (Hazelcast, Ignite, Infinispan, Coherence, Redis, JDBC, MongoDB) but lacks integration with Couchbase. We need a new module `bucket4j-couchbase` that provides a distributed rate-limiting proxy manager backed by Couchbase’s Key-Value (KV) operations.
