The Mago PHP parser currently raises a syntax error when it encounters a string literal that uses the `b` prefix, even though this is valid PHP syntax (e.g., `b"hello"`, `b'world'`, or their uppercase `B` variants). This breaks parsing of any source file that contains such binary strings.
