The task
When PocketSphinx is used with live Cepstral Mean Normalization (CMN), the running cepstral mean is updated during decoding, but the `-cmninit` configuration parameter is **not** updated to reflect the current mean values. Consequently, there is no public API way to retrieve the current CMN state.
