When a Kafka cluster is being rolled (e.g., brokers restarting), the consumer’s poll function returns an error with code `COORDINATOR_LOAD_IN_PROGRESS` (a `rd_kafka_resp_err_t` value) to the application instead of handling it internally. Two different error messages are surfaced:
