**Description** Dask’s `cov` and `corrcoef` functions return incorrect results for certain inputs, notably with NumPy 2.2+, and lack support for key parameters present in NumPy. For example, computing correlation of a single-row matrix yields a scalar `1.0` instead of a matrix of NaNs, as NumPy would produce.
