The task

When a predicate has both `@index(exact)` and `@lang` directives, queries using `orderasc` or `orderdesc` return values in an incorrect order. Non-ASCII/Unicode strings appear at the top of the results regardless of their lexicographic position, instead of respecting the appropriate collation.
