The task

When using the `GRPCProxyWrapper` function from the `xecho` server package to forward HTTP requests to gRPC handlers, query parameters (GET) and JSON body content (POST) are not bound to the protobuf request message. The handler always receives an empty/zero-value request, causing incorrect responses.
