Memory leak when repeatedly creating and destroying publishers (and other entities) with unique key…: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). Observed behaviour: Memory increases by 2 KB per iteration and is never reclaimed. Expected behaviour: Memory usage should remain stable; no permanent leak.
