The task
The `no-loop-func` rule incorrectly flags Immediately Invoked Function Expressions (IIFEs) inside loops as unsafe, even though they execute immediately and do not suffer from closure issues with loop variables. Additionally, when reporting an error, the message duplicates variable names multiple times.
