**Observed behavior:** - Tags from PushSecret metadata are only set when the secret is first created. - After creation, any change to the tag set (add, modify, remove) is not applied to the existing secret in AWS Secrets Manager. - Removing a tag from the PushSecret spec does not remove it from the AWS secret.
