The task

**Problem** `SyncVectorEnv` and `AsyncVectorEnv` require all wrapped sub‑environments to have **identical** observation spaces. If the environments have the same shape but different bounds (e.g. `Box(low=0, high=1, shape=(5,))`, `Box(low=0, high=2, shape=(5,))`, …), vectorisation fails.
