The task

For all three functions, the expected behavior is: the result polynomial should equal the full product `a * b` shifted right by `nlo` positions, then truncated to `nhi - nlo` coefficients. That is, `result[i] = sum_{k} a[k] * b[nlo + i - k]`, for `0 ≤ i < nhi - nlo`, with indices out of range treated as zero.
