When running fuzz tests via the Centipede engine (e.g., with `FUZZTEST_USE_CENTIPEDE`), configured limits such as per‑test time limits and RSS limits are ignored. This causes the fuzzer to continue execution well past the specified bounds, both in unit‑test mode (single‑test invocation) and in continuous fuzzing mode.
