Feature Request: Implement FFT and IFFT functions

Feature Request: Implement FFT and IFFT functions: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). Currently, mathjs does not have fft and ifft functions (see issue 46). These need to be added so users can compute the discrete Fourier transform and its inverse.
