The task
When building an `OllamaEmbeddingModel` with a dimensions parameter like `OllamaEmbeddingModel.builder().modelName("all-minilm").dimensions(2).build()`, the model should send embedding requests to Ollama with the `dimensions` field included in the payload. The resulting embeddings should have the specified dimension.
