The task

When using `portForwards` with an ignore rule that specifies `guestIP: 0.0.0.0`, the rule does **not** actually prevent forwarding – ports are still forwarded despite the `ignore: true` flag. This makes it impossible to selectively disable forwarding for ports bound to `0.0.0.0`.
