VHPI does not support record types

VHPI does not support record types: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). When using the VHPI (VHDL Procedural Interface) to inspect or manipulate VHDL record signals, the current implementation fails. Operations that should work for record types are either missing or return incorrect results.
