Feature Request: New Diagnostics API Endpoint

Feature Request: New Diagnostics API Endpoint: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). We need a way to quickly gather diagnostic information from a running Node-RED instance for troubleshooting purposes. This should be exposed as a new admin API endpoint and a corresponding UI feature.
