Expected behavior: when a caller uses the new trylock functions, the call either succeeds immediately (returns 0) or fails fast with `-OCF_ERR_NO_LOCK`. No blocking occurs. Existing blocking lock functions (`ocf_mngt_cache_lock`, `ocf_mngt_cache_read_lock`) should remain unchanged.
