The task

The NuttX RTOS currently has no built-in test service to exercise the `rpmsg_hold_rx_buffer()` / `rpmsg_release_rx_buffer()` APIs. A new `rpmsg_test` service is needed that can be accessed by users via the ioctl command **`RPMSGIOC_TEST`** (already defined as `_RPMSGIOC(4)` in `<nuttx/rpmsg/rpmsg.h>`).
