The task
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** The IVF writer currently only handles VP8 and VP9. Users who receive AV1 video tracks in WebRTC sessions cannot write them to IVF container files. Attempts to use the existing writer with AV1 packets fail because the writer does not recognize the codec.
