On systems where `size_t` is 32 bits, the CBOR decoder silently truncates 64‑bit length and count values that exceed `SIZE_MAX`. This affects byte strings, text strings, arrays, and maps. The resulting truncation can lead to memory corruption, incorrect decoding, or undefined behaviour.
