The task

Rizin currently does not support any variant of the BLAKE2 cryptographic hash. Users need to be able to compute BLAKE2 hashes both from the `rz-hash` command-line tool and through the internal hash API. Attempting `rz-hash -a blake2b` today fails with an “algorithm not found” error.
