We need an API endpoint that allows robots to retrieve all notifications that have been sent to them…: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). Observed behavior: When a robot attempts to access its notifications at GET /api/telegram/notifications/ , the endpoint does not exist (404).
