Feature: PlantUML diagram support in fenced code blocks

Feature: PlantUML diagram support in fenced code blocks: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). Slidev currently converts mermaid blocks into diagrams using the Mermaid library. The same kind of support should be added for PlantUML diagrams, using the public PlantUML online server API.
