Feature request: Add Never assertion to testify

Feature request: Add Never assertion to testify: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). We currently have Eventually to assert that a condition becomes true within a given time. We need the opposite: a function Never that asserts a condition is never true during a specified time window.
