The RSA algorithm in this repository is currently failing all its tests, and as a temporary workaround the CI workflow excludes it using `| grep -v /rsa`. The root cause is that several lower-level mathematical utilities are missing or have an incorrect API, and the RSA code itself has not been adapted to use them.
