Support CAST between NUMBER and JSON types

Support CAST between NUMBER and JSON types: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). When attempting to cast a value of type NUMBER to JSON or JSON to NUMBER , Trino raises an “Operator not found” error. This cast is not yet implemented.
