The task

When a custom cache is created with `createCache(new Map())` and provided to `SWRConfig`, the `revalidateOnFocus` behaviour stops working. Window `focus` and network `reconnect` events no longer trigger SWR cache revalidation for hooks that use the custom cache. The default cache continues to revalidate correctly.
