Feature Request: Add deepRefs option to useCached and introduce createRef utility

Feature Request: Add deepRefs option to useCached and introduce createRef utility: a task in LegoFlow-SWE (Harbor dataset). Additionally, there is no utility to conveniently create a ref of a chosen depth without branching on a boolean parameter.
