Repair a workflow consistency bug

Repair a workflow consistency bug: a task in SWE-bench-Science (Harbor dataset). I am replaying a DP-GEN active-learning setup with the supplied source snapshot and a small LAMMPS template. A valid settings record should produce consistent generated input in the public workflow.
