When creating CSV files programmatically, HTML anchor tags (`<a href="...">`) do not work as clickable hyperlinks when opened in spreadsheet applications like Excel or LibreOffice Calc. Instead, spreadsheet applications support a special `HYPERLINK()` formula syntax to create clickable links within cells.
