You need to configure Redis memory settings correctly. A previous administrator attempted to set Redis max memory to 40GB but made an error - they set `maxmemory 41943040` which is only about 40MB (41943040 bytes), not 40GB. This caused OOM (Out of Memory) errors when the application tried to store more data.
