This is a known issue that can occur on certain Linux environments (particularly WSL with older kernels) where the ELF binary metadata in `libQt5Core.so.5` contains a ABI version tag that is incompatible with the running kernel. The library file exists on disk but the dynamic linker refuses to load it.
