Write a Python script that reads an HTML file, removes specific tags (`script`, `style`, `meta`, `noscript`) and HTML comments using BeautifulSoup, then writes the cleaned HTML back to a file **without** the extra whitespace/indentation that `soup.prettify()` introduces.
