construct/mc magic sequence: a task in MathConstructOptimize-Envs-harbor (Harbor dataset). A magic sequence of length 11 is a sequence x 0 , x 1 , ..., x 10 of non-negative integers such that for every i in 0..10, x i equals the number of times the value i occurs in the sequence.
