Middleware Not Applied to Routes

Middleware Not Applied to Routes: a task in harbor-swesmith-rl-artifacts: Harbor SWE-Smith 强化学习数据产物 (Harbor dataset). After the recent changes, it seems that middleware is no longer being applied to routes as expected. This is causing issues with CORS and session management, among other things.
