The task

Implement **`rtl/keymgr_kmac_if.sv`** — the interface module that streams key-derivation input data from the key manager to KMAC over multi-beat transactions and captures the resulting digest. Each operation type (advance, identity, generate) has a different beat count and final-beat byte-strobe mask.
